Take Part: Donate & Tag Someone to Walk!

The health benefits of walking are well-documented. Besides the main campaign event, we want to give everyone a chance to Walk for Mental Wellness! Nominate your family, friends or colleagues to walk a short distance of 1km by tagging them on social media. Once they complete the walk, they can pass the baton by tagging someone else!

Make a donation and challenge a friend to complete a distance of 1km. You could use this as a chance to check in with someone you haven't seen in a while to walk together!

Remember to snap a photo, share it on Facebook or Instagram and tag your friend. Remember to hashtag #W4MWChallenge & tag us @CALSingapore so that we know you're walking for mental wellness!
