Jalan Jalan 4 Mental Wellness is a sub-campaign organised by Caregivers Alliance Limited (CAL) to raise funds for caregivers for persons with mental health issues. Through this sub-campaign, we motivate and empower everyone to Jalan Jalan and explore nature! Jalan Jalan means stroll and walk about. Studies proven that nature walk improves one's overall mental wellbeing, reduces stress and calms one's nerves. To participate, simply make a donation (any amount is appreciated), walk the quarries, and spread the word!
